The Robin Necklace and Earrings set were of a high quality and received very well as a gift. These were dispatched and delivered promptly following my order.

Bought this for my daughter’s 16th birthday, I had a query on the sizing, my question was answered immediately although It will have to be made smaller elsewhere as my daughters wrists are tiny, for an adult it would be perfect! The bangle arrived beautifully package and the bangle itself was beautiful so delicate and pretty and did not disappoint. I would recommend and buy from Cotswold jewellery again.

I had been looking for some time for particular earrings, and came across this website by chance. This is the first time I have ordered from Cotswold Jewellery, but really loved the family feel when reading about how they started out. I like to know a bit of background before buying and this particular site grabbed me with warmth. The service I received was outstanding! Such swift delivery, and the special touches to the packaging and little note inside etc, were just a gorgeous finishing touch.

The earrings are lovely, I ordered the bone shaped (nothing to do with pets on this occasion btw) but specifically needed bones shape earrings. I really love tight fitting butterfly backs, and these are such quality. Truly cannot fault. These are exactly what I was looking for, but the extra special touches in the packaging, the family story of the love of the simple countryside and animals, the speedy delivery, and the gorgeous thank you note, made them even more special.

The customer service is the warm 121 care you expect when ordering; sadly today it’s so so rare, but couldn’t fault this lovely family business.
