Refund policy
Cotswold Jewellery have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, and send it back.
Unfortunately all Earrings are non returnable due to hygiene reasons.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Your order will be checked, only returns that have been ordered through the Cotswold Jewellery website are accepted. Cotswold Jewellery will then inspect the return and if it is not deemed in perfect condition the item will be sent back to the customer with out refund or exchange.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@cotswoldjewellery.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Postage for returns are paid for by the customer.
Any returns sent back to Cotswold Jewellery are the responsibility of the customer, until received by Cotswold Jewellery. Cotswold Jewellery can not be held responsible for missing returns. We suggest you pay for tracking in case of an item going missing before it reaches us.
Please do not ask for returns of any earrings, as unfortunately they are sold as not returnable due to hygiene reasons.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, which included all earrings due to hygiene reasons and sale items are also non refundable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. You are also welcome to wait until the returned item is received and an exchange can take place.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Postage
Unfortunately Cotswold Jewellery are not in control of parcels once posted. Therefore any addresses that are incorrectly added by the customer are not deemed an error of Cotswold Jewellery. Although we will try our best to sort out the issue, this maybe time consuming and lengthy.
Once a parcel is delivered to Royal Mail or a courier for posting we are not in control of delivery, we trust our postal service to deliver on time.
We try our very best to send out your parcels quickly with in 1-2 days despatch so that they can be delivered on time, and have chosen Royal Mail as our preferred postal provider for the majority of deliveries due to their excellent service. However occasionally things may go wrong.
Should this happen, please contact Royal Mail for advise first, they will give you a reference number, and also advise Cotswold Jewellery immediately, this must be with in 7 days of despatch of the order, so that we can investigate for you and help you in any way we can. We always email you a despatched date, and royal Mail will also email you a despatch date and tracking, so this should help with any lost parcels. If the parcel is not advised as missing within the 7 days from despatch, Cotswold Jewellery cannot be deemed responsible and are unlikely to be able to help.
